Refund & Return Policy
Standard Policy: At WizAdslab, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our Google Ads scripts and services.
1. Digital Products (Scripts/Templates)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of Google Ads Scripts, GTM Templates, and downloadable code are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:
- The script is technically defective and cannot be fixed by our support team within 7 days.
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
2. Agency Services (Consulting/Management)
For our "Launchpad" and "Unicorn" agency services:
- Before Service Starts: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before we begin the account setup or audit process.
- Active Service: Once the service has commenced (e.g., campaigns are live, or audit report is delivered), payments for the current month are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at weiscottee@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for your request. We will review your case and respond within 24-48 hours.
